i feel obliged to share this…i eventually came across this site, after having once been sat in a hotel somewhere in s e asia and some strange looking bloke pointing to a video of you on utube and telling me, in different terms, how hot he thought u looked…i subsequently came across cookingwithnotspringchick…and more recently this! omfg…i think i owe the dude from the hotel a lot more than just a beer!!!
I have noticed how most men’s cooking skills are about nil. Your instructional videos are good if they help. I’ve always loved creative cookery but most men haven’t a clue, especially those with wives!

we did a series of these all on the same beach towel all shot at the same time of the day to get these this way

the cooking shows allow us to do things that are fun and maybe show those that can’t cook how to do somethings

You obviously understand men. We’re technical in many ways but utter novices in culinary skills. Simple is about right!
