It can take a month or more to get the camera back that shoots in higher resolution. It shoots from 14 to 20 million bytes which are very big pictures.
Great camera! You’d think if the camera’s new (under 3 years old) they’d just replace it which in UK we call ‘sale of goods act’ but maybe the law’s different in USA?
Never mind you’re producing good work like ‘Work Suit 6’ which is a great close up & you must have some excellent stuff in storage.
I have a three time repair contract on the camera then it is replaced. If it had went out a week earlier I would have just been given a new one but we really want that camera back because it has been worked on by the old one and can shoot 2,000 pictures in a 8 minutes.
These are good but hope it doesn’t take for ever to get the camera fixed for bigger photos & better detail.
