What kind of heating is legal in CA should I ever move there? No halogen? How about gas cannisters, electronic or natural wood /coal fires? All comes down to Al Gores carbon emission tax, I guess? All about making government richer. Load of bull.
If its not built in then not actually approved. Fire problems.
