  1. I fail to see how you can be blamed for the zealous actions of video company? Surely they have an idea of how restrictive some companies are to protect that pretentious respectability.

    We upset more people this year already. What we enjoy as glamour, they see as filth despite really enjoy the BC’s work also! Their hypocrisy is unreal.

    1. fits have been thrown about the removal of the videos, resulted in all our VODS there also being removed without getting our payment for there use. So we took a big hit money wise with their removal

      1. So sorry.But people our end should direct their frustrations toward Vimeo/Daily Motion. There is absolutely no logic in them using you as a whipping horse when you’ve bent over backwards to make things better.

        As you’ve been fleeced for payment which is rightly yours, do you not have grounds to sue them for breech of contract?

        Despite wishful thinking on our part companies that treat paying customers in this way don’t deserve your business. Screw Daily Motion and Vimeo. Take business elsewhere.

        1. we were guilty of tos breach of contract because of complaints about us and they get to keep all the revenue that was made, vimeo we actually pay for but they two are concerned with complaints

          1. I guess as usual these are just random complaints from do gooders who come across DM & Vimeo. Surely they had some idea of your glamour genre when you joined?

            Sounds like they change rules on a whim- no notion of democracy or consultation with you? They take your money then leave you in the wilderness!

            Outrageous, but interesting things happen in the wilderness!
