They like to own versu rent. Hard to get approval to buy homes now so renting is only way. Bad news for today, the owners stood us up and never showed to let us inspect the home.

Sorry to hear that but if that’s they way they want to treat people maybe look nearby & you may get a better deal? These landlords get richer & have a field day while the poor tennants suffer.
