Are u still appealing against the 1 you got earlier this year? If so, good luck but dress to impress. If the Judge fancies you, he may waive it? I won my 2nd appeal against London Transport. Give em photographic, circumstantial or situational evidence – they hate that as it points out deficits in the system. Good luck, Nikki!

Is community service optional to a fine? How about a 2nd appeal so long as ur not liable for expenses. Go through the legal process before throwing in the towel.Keep the bastards waiting.
No appeal unless pay fine first so community service is what I got for something I did not do.

They make u pay 1st- so they make u admit guilt. Got some funny laws in the States but at the they never got your money?
Thats how it works no appeal unless found guilty.
