Before you spend mega bucks on expensive software, a Galaxy Smart phone S3’s animation does similar. They’re now on S7 so Samsung’s quality may be even more advanced.The definition is good on your tests but ensure you get what you want with value for money:

Yes compatability is a major issue. I do hope you might get some kind of slider as the photo stories with narration is fun!
