vimeo is more open minded than dailymotion I have seen many very explicit non pron nude videos on vimeo that would make the eviltwin look conservative and would be banned on dailymotion, plus you would not have the upload problems.
Do what you like and are comfortably with, but everything you do on dailymotion you can do on vimeo with no problems with censor and uplaods.
