I don’t understand the logic behind American laws? They legalise Cannabis in Washington State & Colorado, presumably somewhat aware of the damage it does, yet make fuss about bikinis? It’s not impossible the folk behind the laws made decriminalising Cannabis, are just those enforcing stringent beach laws. Explains a few things!
