There must be plenty secluded beach spots between LA & San Diego where you’d not be bothered. Why not locate the nudist spot sometime? Police won’t harass there!
Nude beaches in California are only in people dreams they really don’t legally exist. And yes the police do harass you because even small suits are illegal on all beaches in the state now.
