Yes. I reckon we all enjoyed that trip just as much as you. Wherever u go that rain seems to follow- those torrential storms were awesome but imagine it got scary too in the hotel. I know it was a long drive too so must’ve been tiring.
Isn’t there anywhere a bit more local where it’s similar terrain & secluded? All the effort u put into the driving should go into the shoot.
I’d love seeing u shoot a Western with u wearin Stetson n teardrop- perhaps not as deep an idea as Chinese Providence but would be an epic in my book.
The nearness place to shoot is in Lone Pine which is where part of these pictures were taken at and it is two hours if the traffic is light from Los Angeles. And the providence is set in the wild west for part of its story.
