we got the camera back today and here was so much that had to be fixed they should have just replaced it rather then to have fixed it.

`In the UK we have ‘Sale Of Goods Act’ which protects you, as the purchaser, for 3 years. A few years back I bought a Sound System which went wrong in the 1st year & insisted they give me a new 1, as opposed to your scenario- awaiting the original’s repair! I didn’t leave the store until the Manager agreed, which eventually he did!
May be worth checking your Consumer Rights in case it happens again, Joyce? These leaches make enough money not to treat the Customer with such contempt!
This is the USA no one has any rights anymore.
