Am very much enjoying the office visits. Have you purchased the house next door or just friendly neighbourly thing to do. At any rate, glad you seem on good terms with them.
house was sold to someone trying to increase its value by a major remodel of it to be resold. Besides the house itself they are ripping up the driveway and yard and replacing both with a bugger driveway and a green yard.

Sorry, I understand now- the neighbour’s builder will be there & we don’t want their attention distracted by one of your modelling episodes, hence being at the office a wise option til time passes.
they are doing demolition work right now and the noise is massive when the heavy equipment is being used then they are going to add a enlarged bath and new bedroom and roof to the house. Months of work ahead

Sounds a living nightmare. Always the same when people move in to make major renovations. It will settle down though, albeit in a few weeks.
This is why I bought a link detached property which means there’s a space between me and my neighbours. From what I saw most American homes are detached and primarily made of wood. In UK cities we’re packed in like sardines.
Will be months before all the work is done. We have space between houses here.
