three weeks behind on getting back to the gym

maybe in a week now, next time will think twice about minor surgery, nothing minor about three months recovery time

we were shooting for 10 minutes today

made it to five

hope to get back up to speed

as soon as possible

way behind schedule

ankle was worst then originally thought

time to get the body in shape

weeks of work ahead

going to get it on the floor soon

right now working on stretching for a week or so
